I work directly with homeowners, contractors, and architects providing any level of interior and exterior design, blueprints, and models. From entire new homes and remodels, to smaller features like a deck or built-in bookcase, no project is too big or small.

-Basic construction drawings are used for obtaining a bid from contractors and getting a building permit. Basic drawings include floor plans, sections, and other important information.

-Advanced construction drawings help the building contractor put together estimates, construct efficiently, and reduce material waste. I can take existing set of architect’s wet stamped plans to the next level by creating an exact cut list of all framing members-beams, headers, stud lengths, and plate lengths with wall square up dimensions. This is very helpful to builders who have complex rake walls with window arrays, etc.

-3D Modeling from simple schematic modeling that give you the general gist to detailed realistic modeling.
